Frigid Weather Greets St. Pat’s Parade

St. Patrick's Day Parade (2017)Despite the frigid weather, Grand Rapids Right to Life was well represented by enthusiastic prolifers of all ages at the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in downtown Grand Rapids on Saturday, March 11.

Bystanders cheered, smiled, and offered “thumbs up” as the Grand Rapids Right to Life float came into view. Featuring a large banner proclaiming “Life: A Precious Gift,” the float held about a dozen excited children and their parents, all sporting various green accessories. Others walked alongside the float handing out candy to those who braved the cold to attend.

This parade is sponsored annually by the Ancient Order of Hibernians.
