
Jodi DeLange won the Prolife Oratory Contest, sponsored by Grand Rapids Right to Life, and a $125 scholarship.
This annual competition was held on Tuesday, March 18, at the Grand Rapids Right to Life offices in Wyoming.
Jodi is a homeschooled student who spoke on abortion.
Due to a previous commitment, she was unable to compete in the State Oratory Contest; therefore, the second place contestant, Gabriel Meyer, took her place and competed in Holt on Saturday, May 17.
Meyer’s presentation was on human cloning.
Joe Puglessi won third place with a presentation on abortion.
