On Tuesday, December 2, Grand Rapids Right to Life hosted a Volunteer Appreciation Party for all who so generously gave of their time and talents during the past year. The event was held at Railside Golf Club in Byron Center and dessert was provided by Steenstra Royal Dutch Bakery.
Although all volunteers were not able to attend, almost 40 people enjoyed a nice luncheon in the beautifully decorated lounge overlooking the golf course. Those in attendance serve on the Board of Directors, are members of various committees, host Coins for Kids baby bottle fundraisers, help with mailings, make phone calls during election season, and organize church membership drives.
Grand Rapids Right to Life is deeply blessed by and grateful for the dedicated individuals who support our organization in an effort to create a Culture of Life in Grand Rapids.
