People from around Grand Rapids took part in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade by riding on our prolife float on Saturday, March 14.
Those participating showed their Irish spirit by wearing an assortment of crazy green gear; from feathery boas and funky sunglasses to cool hats and fuzzy mustaches.
This was a fun, family-friendly event, and people of all ages had a great time.
Although cold, the sun was shining and the entry of a prolife float in this parade made a statement for life to the crowds assembled to watch.
The back of the float sported a bright new banner that read “Life: A Precious Gift.”
This parade is sponsored annually by the Ancient Order of Hibernians.
